All fitness routines and workouts listed under each fitness category can be performed without equipment, using your own body as resistance, free weights, or with exercise machines if you choose. The St. Petersburg Parks and Recreation Department offers a free indoor fitness center and five free outdoor fitness zones throughout the city that offer personal training equipment to help you meet your fitness goals.
