Join Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital for an online cooking series Allkids in the Kitchen is a special online series designed for children ages 7 and up that focuses on making healthy choices and gaining valuable culinary skills. Children gain confidence in the kitchen and parents get an opportunity to turn meal time into family time. Together, parents and children can help each other form lifelong healthy eating habits.

About this event:

  • Cook along with our culinary experts from your own kitchen or simply watch and learn
  • Encourage kids to try new foods as they help prepare delicious and veggie-forward recipes
  • Learn about healthy eating habits, various nutrition topics, and new kitchen skills
  • Recipes and shopping lists will be provided the week before each session
  • Classes are hosted on Microsoft Teams
  • Offered at no cost by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital
